Food Safety Training and Certification

According to the Government of Canada, about 4 million (1 in 8) Canadians are affected by a foodborne illness every year, resulting in over 11,000 hospitalizations. Our in-class and virtual (instructor-led) interactive classes provide a comprehensive review of food safety issues and safe food handling practices. Following the eight-hour course, users are eligible to take the Managing Food Safety (MFS) Certification Exam. The MFS Certificate is valid for five (5) years and is recognized by all Heath Authorities in Canada.
