Managing Food Safety (MFS) Certification

Health Canada and the Public Health Agency of Canada estimate that every year up to 4 million (1 in 8) Canadians suffer from illnesses caused by foodborne bacteria. Common food safety violations include insufficient pest control, unintentional contamination, inadequate hand washing, poor sanitization, and improper temperature control.

Proper training of food safety is essential for establishments handling food to protect the people consuming the food and their business. X Inc Canada offers comprehensive classroom-based and interactive instructor-led virtual training with participants eligible to take the Managing Food Safety (MFS) Certification Exam upon completion.

What food safety topics does MFS cover?
