Our Principal Consultant was the Executive Officer with Alberta Health Services from 1988 – 2010. In 2007 (following the incidence at Vegreville Hospital), she was assigned to the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta (CPSA), assisting in their IPAC and Environmental Public Health complaint investigations in the Calgary Zone. She was also involved in the development and implementation of the checklists currently being used by CPSA.
